• Quality management planning and execution • Drives the arbitration process • Helps define and quality expectations per language • Joins calls with Apple linguistic teams to discuss quality and strategy • Ensures language level quality oversight by KPI tracking and status reporting • Manages linguistic assets • Communicates asset updates to linguistic team
🎯 Requirements
• Identifies linguistic-specific training needs for their locale; creates, maintains, and delivers the linguistic training program • Reviews and evaluates language tests of potential candidates • Supports the onboarding of new linguists (when applicable) • Acts as liaison for terminology, style issues, product features & questions • Supports linguists in understanding corrections resulting from the arbitration process • Reviews copy/loc and gives feedback to the linguists; communicates feedback received from 3rd party reviewers and Apple Language Leads • Supports linguists in asking any questions during production and escalates to Welocalize and/or Apple as needed
