Description
• Software QA Leads are responsible for overall product quality. • Collaborate with product management and UX team members to measure usability and identify gaps. • Collaborate with software architects and IT to measure stability, performance, and security. • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts. • Identify, record, document, and track software defects.
Requirements
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes • Training or study of Lean, Six Sigma, TQM or other quality management systems • Previous experience as lead creator of clear, concise, comprehensive test plans and cases • Experience with both white and black box testing • Experience working in an agile development process • Experience managing the day-to-day work of QA Engineers and QA Testers • Ability to create automated tests • Knowledge of SQL • Knowledge of performance testing • Knowledge of security testing
