Description

• We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic FP&A Specialist to join our finance team. • The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by providing financial insights, analyzing performance, and developing strategic plans. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders. • Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets. • Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. • Provide variance analysis and commentary on actual vs. budget/forecast. • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement strategic plans. • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking. • Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior management. • Develop and maintain financial reporting tools and templates. • Provide financial guidance and support to business units. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions. • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) • At least 2 years of experience in financial planning & analysis. • Excellent Excel skills and/or knowledge with data visualization and analytical tools • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills. • Attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and work under pressure. • Proficiency in accounting software (Xero) would be an advantage. • Proficient in english both oral and written
