📋 Description
• runnen van een eigen Tax Compliance portefeuille binnen een breder team; • samenwerken met klant brede teams en tevens het aansturen van een team op jouw klanten; • ontwikkelen, beoordelen en verbeteren van fiscale processen rondom aangiftes; • beoordelen van complexe fiscale posities en structuren en het doorgronden van de commerciële verwerking hiervan; • adviseren en implementeren van tax provisioning projecten (cijfermatig en/of processen) bij bijzondere transacties zoals overnames en carve-outs; • geven van guidance over IAS 12 (schriftelijk en mondeling).
🎯 Requirements
• afgeronde hbo of wo-opleiding in een economische of fiscale richting, bijvoorbeeld Fiscale Economie, Bedrijfseconomie en/of Accountancy • klant- als resultaatgericht • Minimaal 6 jaar relevante werkervaring bij een grote internationale onderneming of bij een advies/consultancy firma • uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift
