• Take ownership of end-to-end project management, from initiation to deployment, ensuring successful outcomes. • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, fostering collaboration and alignment. • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. • Track project milestones, identify potential bottlenecks, and take corrective action as needed. • Lead project meetings, provide regular status updates, and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle. • Optimize resource allocation, ensuring the right people are assigned to the right tasks at the right time. • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards. • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance project management practices. • Actively participate, sharing your expertise and collaborating on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ Years Experience in Project Management • Experience with Jira • Experience with Scrum • Previous software development experience as a software engineer • Experience with quarterly OKRs
