Description

• Guide and mentor a team of engineers, fostering their growth and development while ensuring high-quality deliverables. • Work with fellow Architects to design and implement robust identity and verification systems, leveraging deterministic and probabilistic matching, document processing, and AI-powered human-in-the-loop workflows. • Create and maintain seamless API integrations with third-party identity providers and verification services. • Explore and implement AI/ML techniques to enhance identity resolution accuracy and efficiency. • Continuously improve our processes and technologies, advocating for best practices and new approaches. • Design, develop and deliver OpenAPI Specifications for feature and component development.

• Proven Leader: You have a track record of successfully leading technical teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and continuous improvement. • Identity Expert: You're deeply passionate about identity and understand the nuances of both deterministic and probabilistic approaches. • Problem Solver: You thrive on tackling complex technical challenges, designing elegant solutions, and anticipating potential vulnerabilities. • Strong Communicator: You can articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering alignment and collaboration. • Hands-On Expert: You are technically engaged, willing to roll up your sleeves writing code and contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and troubleshooting. • 5+ years of experience with Typescript and NodeJS • 5+ years of experience with PHP, NextJS, NestJS, or Express with a focus on building APIs • Familiarity with Drupal and content management systems • Familiarity with API Design and Management • Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design ("DDD") and Hexagonal Architectures • Familiarity with Subscriptions, eCommerce, and Customer Data Infrastructures • Experience with Google Cloud Platform and its suite of services • Proficiency in using GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines • Familiarity with AI/ML techniques for document, data processing, and decision frameworks • Experience with document processing and OCR technologies • Proven track record of building and maintaining secure, scalable API integrations
