Description

• Set up and monitor marketing automations. • Work with web and automation development teams to ensure on-time release. • Create basic reporting for analysis of campaigns and monitor conversion metrics. • Review and analyze data to identify trends and offer data-driven insights. • Evaluate and optimize lifecycle automation programs to increase conversions. • Work with the website dev team to connect forms and set up landing pages. • Pitch updates and improvements to the current customer lifecycle. • Provide marketing tech stack expertise and support to marketing team members. • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure company goals are met.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills with a desire to learn and master new technologies. • Analytical mindset driven by data metrics. • Experience with the development and implementation of email campaigns. • Ability to work in WordPress and publish landing pages, blogs, etc. • Use Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to provide reporting and insights. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Understanding of consumer psychology and behavior and the flexibility to adapt to changes. • Strong project management and organizational habits to promote success in remote positions. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. • Experience with investment real estate and/or mortgage preferred but not required.
