Description

• Maintain the brand’s social media profiles and presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, and any new channels added in the future. • Grow an active and engaged following/community on all managed social media platforms. • Partner with managers, agents and internal teams to source content that highlights our customers’ successes, our market expertise, and our culture. • Provide timely and thoughtful responses to inbound communications, comments, and positive reviews across platforms. • Measure our social media presence and report monthly/quarterly metrics to leadership. • Manage and respond to reviews for the company across multiple review platforms, (including but not limited to) Google, Facebook and Better Business Bureau. • Develop and implement innovative ideas that will drive greater relevance and engagement. • Create content using Canva & Adobe Creative Suite. • Create social media templates for managers and agents to use and provide guidance on social media best practices. • Assist in the creation and management of company-owned social media groups. • Other duties to be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of social media marketing experience in an agency or corporate setting. • A knack for creative storytelling and conveying a distinct brand voice. • Command of creative tools and apps like the Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc. • Excellent written communication and graphic design skills. • A commitment to deadlines and clear communication. • Proficiency in GSuite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
