• Who We Are: BeforeCode.ai is revolutionizing the way development teams translate Figma screens into actionable backlog requirements. • Our AI-powered platform minimizes the manual effort in requirements generation, optimizing product design and development cycles. • As the Founding Product Manager, you will function as the CEO of BeforeCode.ai, owning the product lifecycle from refining our MVP to achieving product-market fit and scaling. • This entrepreneurial role combines strategic product leadership with a hands-on approach to sales, customer development, and team building. • You’ll have full autonomy to define the roadmap, build a high-performing team, and drive growth while sharing in the company’s success through a significant equity stake.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS. • Familiarity with AI/ML products and technical understanding is a strong advantage. • Proven experience in a startup or founding role. • Experience setting up sales pipelines and leading customer discovery. • Confidence in building relationships with mid-sized to enterprise customers. • Demonstrated ability to build and manage diverse teams. • Strong communication skills to inspire internal teams and engage external stakeholders. • Proficiency in analytics tools, A/B testing, and optimizing product features based on insights.
