• Analyse der Arbeitsabläufe in Notariaten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden • Einführung unserer modernen Notariatssoftware bei Neukunden (remote und vor Ort) • Identifikation und Aufzeigen von Verbesserungspotentialen durch den zielgerichteten Einsatz der Software • Umsetzung und Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe in der Software • Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung von Problemlösungen sowie Optimierungspotentialen • Durchführung von Schulungen für Anwender (remote und vor Ort) • Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und Produktmanagement, um Anforderungen und Feedback zielgerichtet weiterzugeben • Mitwirkung bei der Fachkonzeption und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Software
🎯 Requirements
• abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur Justiz- oder Notariatsfachangestellten, Notarfachassistent:in, Notarfachwirt:in, Rechtsfachwirt:in (w/m/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Notariat oder einer Kanzlei • Begeisterung für innovative IT-Lösungen und komplexe juristische Sachverhalte • Technisches Grundverständnis und Interesse an digitalen Arbeitsprozessen • Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Notariatssoftware und im Bereich des elektronischen Rechtsverkehrs • Kommunikationsstärke und ein überzeugendes, professionelles Auftreten sowie strukturierte, eigenständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise • Gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Umgang mit Microsoft Word • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands
