Description

•As the quality assurance engineer, ensure quality and reliability of software products •Work with development team and program managers to design, implement, and execute test plans •Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases •Understand WACG AA 2.2 requirements for accessibility testing •Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities across internal and external teams •Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs found in testing •Perform thorough regression testing for bug fixes, new features, and improvements •Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts •Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools

Requirements

•2+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar role •Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall) •Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (Selenium, JUnit, Codeception) •Experience with version control and bug tracking tools (Jira, Github, Bitbucket) •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills •Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Ability to work independently and collaboratively across four product teams
