📋 Description

• As the Administrator 3, you will assist with the day-to-day administration of the company’s stock incentive and employee stock purchase plans utilized on a global basis. • In this role, you would assist with maintaining the tools, systems, and processes for administering these plans. • You will partner with key stakeholders in our Finance, Accounting, Legal, Tax and HR teams. • Our global stock administration team reports within the Securities and Corporate Governance team in Legal.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in global stock administration with a global, public company including experience with restricted stock units, performance-based stock units, employee stock purchase plans • Follows departmental and organization policies and procedures • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Maintain confidentiality • Conduct business in a professional manner with a strong sense of personal accountability • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Communicate effectively, both orally and in written form • Advanced knowledge of Equity Edge Online • Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation preferred
