📋 Description
• Provide technical and administrative support within the Pega production environment. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified by end-users. • Work with end-users across the organization and the Pega development team. • Contribute to the growth/improvement of organizational Pega protocols. • Support exposure of Pega data to interfacing systems for reporting. • Produce Pega reports using report definition rule. • Communicate with Pega End-Users regarding technical issues, system maintenance and releases.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology or other related field • Pega CSA/CSSA certification • Expertise in server monitoring, agents monitoring and node management • Experience handling Pega application production support incidents, including worklist/workbasket assignment errors • Experience supporting/working with integrated enterprise application(s) and Pega service and data integrations across multiple technologies • Hands-on experience with development and code fixes of Pega-based applications preferred
