📋 Description

• Reporting to the Sales Director, AOMS, the Sales Manager, Reactor Services drives the sales process to identify customer needs and challenges with the assistance of the Account Team. • Responsible for a variety of products and services including BWR (Refueling, In Vessel Visual Inspection, Under Vessel Maintenance), PWR (Refueling), Fuel Inspection and Repair, and Fuel Handling Equipment Maintenance and Upgrades. • Leading the capture team, work with operational teams to shape a winning technical solution, delivery model and value proposition, prior to RFQ being released. • Participate in creating winning proposals and manage negotiations with the closing team to ensure finalized contracts. • Work with product line managers to promote new solutions and feed business intelligence into the Innovation process tied to growth plans. • Ensure Customer Relationship Management Tool is maintained for products/customers/opportunities. • Expected travel to customer sites 20-25% of the time.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience required • Bachelor Degree in engineering or business discipline or equivalent • Prior experience in the commercial nuclear marketplace • Prior experience building specific, tailored customer sales plans
