📋 Description
•We are searching for a Sr Engineer-Substation on behalf of our client. •This is a 1 yr. contract assignment. •The person would be working on all assigned substation projects from conception through construction and commissioning. •Responsibilities include supporting engineering requirements, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. •Managing project long lead material orders and collaborating with various teams to ensure project success.
🎯 Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil/Structural Engineering is preferred. •5+ years’ experience in Substation design and engineering of High Voltage substation projects is highly preferred. •Project Engineering and/or Project Management experience with a strong bias for action. •PMP and/or P.E. in related discipline is a plus. •Some travel required within North America. •EOE of Minorities / Females / Vets / Disability.
