📋 Description
• Responsible for architecture, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of project and agile management tools. • Perform day-to-day tool administration including user management, data management, and system monitoring. • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. • Customize and configure solutions to meet evolving business needs. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze processes. • Develop and implement integrations between tools and other enterprise systems. • Stay informed about industry best practices and assist in training end users on system functionalities.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in a technical role focused on tool administration, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise cloud-based work management tools, including Planview, Jira Align, Aha or equivalent. • Proficiency in database concepts and SQL • Experience with API integrations and data migration • Experience with report development and dashboard creation • Knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) or similar tools • Experience with scripting languages such as Javascript, Python, or Powershell • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. • Self-directed with a strong sense of ownership in your work • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
