Description
• Rapidly identify customer problems and validate product market fit • Collaborate closely with design and engineering on a small, agile discovery team • Lead discovery and experimentation efforts for products • Present learnings to senior leaders using tangible examples and data-driven recommendations • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or relevant hands-on experience • Proven knowledge of modern product discovery and delivery techniques • 5-8 years of experience working on technology-driven products in roles such as product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher • Experience building, using, or experimenting with AI-driven products • Strong problem-solving skills • Proven track record of collaborating effectively with engineers, designers, and company leadership • Comfortable with basic project management
