📋 Description
• Design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. • Collaborate with internal partners to analyze project objectives and requirements. • Create Proof of Concepts and lead Technical solutioning sessions. • Drive solution meetings with internal business partners. • Provide system administration support related to customized applications and user permissions. • Responsible for designing, developing, and testing solutions for projects of moderate to significant complexity. • Ensuring compliance with all applicable WEX standards. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the SCRUM team. • Collaborate to identify improvements that will reduce cost and improve performance. • Implement and maintain data models for data accuracy and integrity. • Customize Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning components. • Engage with production support staff to remediate production issues.
🎯 Requirements
• Technical/information science degree. • 7+ years experience with designing and developing enterprise solutions on Salesforce platform. • Minimum 3+ years of experience with web services (SOAP or REST). • Excellent software architecture, design and problem solving skills. • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with non-technical audiences. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Expertise with writing SQL queries. • Salesforce.com certification(s). • Experience with tools and processes promoting automated DevOps in a cloud environment. • Experience in working with highly transactional, e-commerce, or finance related industries. • Experience with advanced Salesforce integration techniques, and/or ETL frameworks.
