Description

Requirements

• 12+ years experience in software engineering • At least 5+ years relevant to this role • Deep knowledge of Java and Agile • Test-driven development • Experience in event-driven microservices architecture • Engineering backend services, APIs, data processing, and web applications • Utilising AWS Services and Kafka • Building and integrating secure and scalable APIs • Data engineering, ingestion, storage, and processing • Skills in SQL and database architecture • Interpreted languages such as Python and JavaScript • Application of data security and protection • CI/CD Tooling • Knowledge of electric vehicles charging data and protocols • Vehicle telematics (Good to have) • Compiled languages such as Go, C#, and C++ (Good to have) • Functional programming (Good to have) • Willingness to learn new technologies quickly • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
