Description

• Collaborate with Product and UX Team Lead to translate concepts into user flows, visualizations, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences • Deliver wireframes and visualizations optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces • Make strategic design and user-experience recommendations related to both core and new functions and features • Identify workflow and experience problems, and suggest elegant solutions • Explore how AI technologies—such as generative AI, predictive analytics, or chat interfaces—can enhance user workflows and simplify complex tasks • Ensure a user-centered design approach, employing rapid test-and-learn methodologies • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with studies relevant to digital experience creation • 4+ years of experience as a UX Designer, or similar UX-related role • Expert level with Figma, Google Suite • Working knowledge in Sketch, InVision, Creative Cloud • Strong understanding of mobile-first approach; experience designing based on personas • Passion for working collaboratively on complex workflows and applications to create intuitive interfaces • A curiosity for exploring AI-driven design possibilities and enthusiasm for incorporating experimentation into workflows • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities, navigate ambiguity • Good communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation to leadership audiences
