β€’ WEX is seeking a transformative Vice President of Product Marketing. β€’ Oversee product marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market presence. β€’ Mentor a high-performing team and collaborate across departments. β€’ Leverage data insights for market opportunities and develop compelling narratives. β€’ Maintain brand standards while enhancing product marketing strategies.

Requirements

β€’ Extensive experience in Product Marketing, with a proven track record of successfully launching new products and driving core business growth, with clear impact on revenue and/or growth. β€’ Expertise in payments, fintech, B2B SaaS and/or small business preferred, including in-depth understanding of market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitive landscapes within our industry. β€’ Experience working in product-led growth environments, with an emphasis on using data and insights to drive key decisions. β€’ Deep understanding of modern product marketing principles, including product-led growth, customer journey mapping, and data-driven storytelling. β€’ Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into compelling product positioning and messaging. β€’ Strong proficiency in analyzing market and product performance data to derive insights that inform product messaging, pricing, and positioning strategies. β€’ Data-Driven Storytelling: Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and product value through compelling narratives, using both quantitative and qualitative data. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a data-driven decision-making approach. β€’ Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels. β€’ Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse stakeholders to ensure engagement and optimal adoption. β€’ Ability to foster a culture of continuous learning, adaptability, and innovation. β€’ Comfortable with ambiguous, changing situations, and decision making.
