• This is a remote position. • Location: Remote • Job Type: Internship • Commitment: Full-time • About Us: We have created a program called "Students Inc." a program that bridges fresh graduates from the MENA region with startups in the U.S.A. • Our mission is to empower interns with hands-on experience while providing startups with invaluable services. • By joining us, you will collaborate closely with a marketing team to create visually compelling materials for one of our participating startups. • Your work will be key to enhancing the startup's brand's presence across various channels. • This role is perfect for a creative, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a tangible impact through design. • Responsibilities: Market Analysis: Dive into competitor visual branding and design trends to inform our strategic design approach. • Branding Development: Refine our branding elements, including logos, color schemes, and typography, ensuring consistency across all materials. • Creative Conceptualization: Generate innovative visual concepts for marketing campaigns, including ads, social media content, and email marketing templates. • Design Production: Deliver final design assets for campaign materials, tailored for various channels such as web, social media, and emails. • A/B Testing Support: Create design variations for A/B testing campaigns and assist in evaluating the performance of different design elements. • Design System Development: Build a scalable design system and compile a library of design assets for streamlined use in future projects. • Customer Retention Materials: Craft engaging design materials for customer retention efforts, including newsletter templates and loyalty program branding. • Segment-Specific Design: Develop personalized design elements for distinct customer segments and create targeted landing pages. • Reporting: Assist in visually representing campaign outcomes for internal review and strategic planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Recently graduated from a Graphic Design or related program. • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, especially in digital marketing. • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch). • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. • Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback for continuous improvement. • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-moving digital landscape.
