• Negotiate, review, validate, and generate WKC Energy Contracts. • Draft and amend business contracts as necessary. • Review and administer client engagement and related contracts. • Verify compliance with contract terms and regulations. • Maintain contract correspondence and organizational filings. • Manage internal project assistance as needed.
Requirements
• Degree level or possess an equivalent level qualification. • 3-5 years business experience with contractual negotiations and business law. • International experience is preferrable. • Energy contract experience is preferrable.
