Description

• Reconcile and confirm cash settlement for all executed traded Commodities including Derivatives and Physical transactions • Transmit cash instructions to the Finance team • Liaise with counterparties and internal teams to resolve settlement discrepancies • Liaise closely with the Accounting team on revenue recognition • Ensure transitions of tasks have been completed from the accounting team to Back Office settlement team • Attention to detail and ability to manage several tasks at once • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing all cash flows and associated risks • Maintain team shared outlook mailbox, responding timely with accurate information • File and label all contractual correspondence following WFS Documentation retention process • Assist on providing information relating to our SOX controls with Internal/External Auditors • Communicate efficiently with business partners, team members, and Management

Requirements

• Degree level or possess an equivalent level qualification • Experience in Commodities Settlement is preferable • International experience is preferable • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong planning and organizational skills • Innovative in providing and addressing business needs in a changing environment • Use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel and Outlook, and willingness to experiment and work with new technologies
