• Provide direct supervision of the Instructors • Train and motivate Instructors • Utilize CRM and Learning Resource platforms to supervise students’ access and engagement • Maintain reporting on key metrics • Proactively identify potential technical and process issues • Provide support to students with concerns or issues • Respond with urgency to team needs • Influence through direct and indirect supervision

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in a related field and all applicable licenses or certifications • 3-5 years of leadership experience • Network+ or CCNA certification required • 1-2 years of Networking experience • Demonstrated subject matter expert in assigned content or practice area(s)
