📋 Description

• Lead the UX/UI design process for our SaaS products, from conceptualization to final implementation • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas • Shape company strategy by transforming analyses into actionable design prototypes • Develop solutions that are visually appealing and align with our design system • Stay up-to-date with UX design trends and digital marketing practices • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines • Other duties as assigned; job duties will likely expand based upon aptitude and ability

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital products • Proficiency with prototype tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD • Understanding of Atomic Design and Design Systems • Proven ability to implement and update products and features, balancing business and customer needs • Experience with UX research and a customer-focused approach • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
