• Handle inbound and outbound calls from direct consumers, travel agents, and loyalty club members • Assist guests in planning their dream vacations by understanding their preferences and tailoring recommendations accordingly • Share insights on local attractions, hidden gems, and must-see experiences • Leverage your competitive edge to convert inquiries into bookings • Promote special offers, packages, and exclusive deals to enhance guest satisfaction • Maintain a positive and persuasive communication style to drive sales • Become well-versed in our properties, amenities, and unique selling points • Stay informed about the latest updates, events, and enhancements across our portfolio • Address guest queries with confidence and accuracy • Work closely with other team members, including reservations, concierge, and marketing teams • Share guest feedback and insights to continuously improve our services
• High School Diploma or Equivalent • Minimum two years of sales experience, preferably within a call center • Minimum 1-year experience in the travel or hospitality industry preferred • Native/Bilingual English is a must • Spanish, Portuguese, or French a plus • Solid ability to multi-task with strong computer navigation capabilities • Exceptional listener with the skill to effectively communicate • Strong computer proficiency and comfortable learning new computer applications • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and energetic • Must be flexible to work within call center hours and adapt to business needs • The ability to work independently with little supervision • Must have an office-like space with high-speed internet access and own a computer or laptop
