📋 Description
• Whirlwind Steel is a premier metal building manufacturer specializing in design, fabrication, and delivery of metal structures • The Project Manager is responsible for internal and external communications for delivering pre-engineered metal buildings • Manage the lifecycle of pre-engineered metal building projects from initial contract to fabrication completion • Create and manage project budgets and maintain effective communication with architects and customer representatives • Proactively address issues impacting project timelines and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred, but not required • Prior experience in the PEMB industry is required • Experience with Metal Building Software (MBS) is preferred, but not required • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
