Description

• Senior Engineers at Whitespectre are sharp technical experts who can think like product owners. • Work with senior technical stakeholders to design and implement robust backend and frontend solutions. • Advocate for code quality and rapid business value, while creating exceptional software and user experiences. • Drive architecture and implementation decisions, getting hands-on with code to bring features to life, squash bugs, while consistently keeping tech debt in check. • Mentor and guide other engineers to develop & grow. • Go outside core expertise, strengthen skills with other technologies and learn more by solving problems that AI coding tools don’t immediately solve. • Work with CI/CD, AWS, and Github workflows for automated and efficient releases. • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills to guide stakeholders through architecture decisions and demonstrate the value of the technical work that’s been completed by the team. • Work with a significant crossover with our core hours: 11am - 7pm Central European Time.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with TypeScript/JavaScript • 4+ years with React.js • 2+ years with Node.js/ Next.js/ Nest.js
