📋 Description
• Identify, analyse and assess business opportunities in a regulatory context spanning across geographic expansion, new product categories and business cooperation. • Carrying out internal and external risk analyses (e.g., for make or buy decisions, service provider assessment). • Closely collaborate with the respective departments within the company to incorporate regulatory actions into our organisation. • Prepare and participate in discussions with the Compliance and Risk Management team. • Support the whole Finoa team in maintaining regulatory conformity while staying an agile and responsive company. • Provide assistance across departments concerning regulatory, compliance and risk issues. • Carry out projects and topics in relation to regulatory, compliance, and risk questions. • Supporting other departments like AML when needed.
🎯 Requirements
• You have finished or are currently pursuing your bachelor or masters' degree in Management, Economics, Law, or a related field. • You are reliable, self-motivated and a quick learner with exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail and experience in using structured approaches to problem solving. • You are fluent in German and English – any other language is a plus! • Good level and knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word. • You have a hands-on mentality, healthy entrepreneurial mindset, stress resistance as well as a willingness to take an active role in our fast-growing company.
