📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end procurement process for critical services and products, from identifying needs and evaluating vendors to negotiating contracts and managing ongoing relationships. • Conduct evaluations and selections of vendors, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards (e.g. DORA) and company policies while building effective working relationships. • Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and conditions, ensuring that vendors meet compliance expectations and deliver quality services. • Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular assessments with the Business Owner and the Outsourcing Officer to ensure quality and efficiency, providing feedback for continuous improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and develop effective sourcing solutions that support business objectives. • Analyze market trends and pricing to identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements, contributing to the organization's financial goals. • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards (e.g. DORA) while supporting best practices within the third party management processes.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business (Law), Information Systems, Computer Science & AI, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and vendor management, preferably within the technology or financial services sector. • Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and vendor relationship management, demonstrating the ability to secure favorable terms and drive value. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions that align with organizational goals. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Proficiency in procurement software and tools, with a solid understanding of best practices in procurement processes. • In-depth knowledge of the crypto industry, regulatory landscape, and compliance requirements is highly desirable. • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is an advantage.
