📋 Description

• Ensure the seamless integration and management of outsourcing processes within our organization • Implement and enhance robust outsourcing management frameworks, ensuring effective control and monitoring of outsourcing activities • Develop and maintain risk assessment methodologies and tools, safeguarding operations against potential risks • Provide comprehensive documentation, advice, and training to ensure compliance with internal and legal requirements • Support various departments in navigating outsourcing complexities, enabling focus on core functions while managing regulatory aspects • Identify and escalate potential breaches proactively to maintain integrity and efficiency of outsourcing arrangements • Coordinate and review risk analysis carried out by responsible divisions

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in outsourcing management, risk assessment, and compliance, preferably in a regulated industry (e.g.: finance, banking, insurance) • Ability to develop and maintain risk assessment methodologies and tools, with a keen eye for identifying potential risks and breaches • In-depth understanding of internal and legal requirements for outsourcing, with the ability to provide accurate advice and support • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create clear documentation and deliver training and support to various departments • Ability to work effectively with different departments, supporting them in complying with outsourcing requirements • Strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate and review risk analyses conducted by various divisions • German language skills are a plus; English is mandatory
