🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred). • 8+ years HR experience, 5+ in senior leadership. • Strong policy management and compliance expertise. • Knowledge of U.S. labor laws (international a plus). • Experience managing remote, international teams. • Strategic leadership and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. • Proficiency in HR technology (HRIS, ATS, payroll). • Reliable high-speed internet. • Adequate computer hardware. • Availability for weekday calls and meetings. • Quiet, distraction-free workspace. • Noise-canceling headset.
