📋 Description
• Welcome to TELUS Digital — where innovation drives impact at a global scale. • An integral segment of our company is Fuel iX™, TELUS Digital's proprietary generative AI engine. • This role will have the option to be in a Work From Near (Hybrid) capacity or in a Work From Anywhere (Remote, CA) capacity. • We are seeking a Staff Engineer, DevOps to join our team at Fuel iX, serving as a technical leader and subject matter expert in cloud infrastructure. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges in cloud infrastructure solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive, deep experience in infrastructure engineering, with significant cloud platform expertise • Deep technical knowledge of GCP and AWS cloud platforms • One or more relevant certifications from Google or AWS • Expert-level experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) • Strong background in automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices • Experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems • Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes) and microservices architecture • Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements • Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools • Excellent problem-solving and system design skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
