• Responsible for reviewing and analyzing tax filings. • Provide expert guidance to clients. • Develop strategies to minimize tax liabilities. • Stay up-to-date on tax legislation changes. • Present solutions and close clients on products.
• A CPA certification and a master’s degree in Taxation or an LLM in Taxation from an accredited institution. • 10+ years of prior experience in a public accounting or law firm specializing in tax law. • A deep understanding of federal, state, and local tax codes. • Proficient in tax research, analysis, and tax planning strategies. • Strong communication skills and an ability to explain complex tax issues to clients. • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changes quickly. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
