β’ Join our team as a Talent Sourcer and help us find and engage with the top talent from all around the world. You will be gathering market intelligence, building talent pools and using advanced sourcing techniques and tools to uncover hidden talent.
β’ Advanced talent sourcing skills: boolean, talent market mapping, data scraping β’ Ability to source outside of LinkedIn β’ Data-driven approach: you enjoy tracking, measuring and analyzing data and you think about your own effectivity β’ (bonus) You write emails and messages that people want to reply to β’ (bonus) You can program your own scripts AND/OR run data scrapers
β’ Monthly fixed salary: We will assess your skills and experience during interviews and will propose an amount between β¬3,000 and β¬5,000 gross. β’ Fund investment: As a member of our team, you have an opportunity to invest in our flagship multi-strategy fund that has annualized over 50% net returns since its inception in 2017. You can choose how much money you'd like to invest. β’ Remote/Office: This role requires frequent collaboration with our Bratislava-based team. While we are open to work with remote people, we will prefer candidates within reasonable timezones. You will be expected to come over for the onboarding in person (min 2 weeks) and participate on offsites and events. β’ Vacation: If you work full-time, you get 25 vacation days plus 12 public holidays each year, which totals approximately 40 days off per year (yes, that's A LOT!).
