• Web3 has created a new era of decentralised finance, democratising financial access. • We believe blockchain technology is a cornerstone for the future of new, open Internet applications. • Somnia is a fast and cost-effective EVM-based blockchain, capable of processing over 400,000 transactions per second. • You will play a key role in shaping our strategy and product roadmap by tracking industry trends, monitoring competitors, and gathering external feedback to share with the team. • As a Business Developer at Somnia, your focus will be on identifying and closing business deals and partnerships.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in business development in the blockchain space, preferably in early stage projects. • Experience in startups and setting up business development processes from scratch. • You don’t need to be a tech wiz, but you need to have enough technical knowledge to explain complex concepts to prospects and gauge their interest in Somnia. • Strong network of Web3 key players you can easily tap into. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business and growth strategies for Web3 projects. • Previously worked with dApps and blockchain type of projects. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
