Description

• The Community Manager for Game7 will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining a positive and engaged Web3 gaming nation • Own all events conducted in the Game7 Discord: AMAs, community handouts, game nights, etc • Own the growth in both size and engagement of the community • Own the customer service side of Discord • Manage and coordinate a team of moderators to ensure effective community moderation • Act as a liaison between the community and the core team, representing the voice of the users internally • Lead the Game7 Guardians, valuable community members volunteering in the community • Facilitate transparent communication by providing regular updates and addressing community concerns • Collaborate with different departments and head of community to develop and implement community growth, engagement and retention strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role in the Web3 space • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Discord and community management tools • Strong leadership and communication skills • Experience managing and coordinating online events and initiatives • Familiarity with Web3, gaming, and blockchain gaming ecosystems • Fluent English
