• Somnia’s Developer Evangelist is the key to driving our technology's understanding, adoption, and integration among developers and the broader tech community. • Develop and execute high-level strategies to attract and onboard developers to the Somnia ecosystem, driving growth and retention. • Create developer focused go-to-market strategies by identifying growth opportunities and tactics to motivate and engage developers to build on Somnia. • Motivate developers to build dApps on Somnia by raising awareness of its features that simplify and enhance the development experience. • Identify and engage high-potential developer communities, refining outreach strategies and messaging to grow awareness and encourage developer participation. • Design and deliver technical content (sample codes, tutorials, blogs, etc) that explain complex technical concepts to enhance the developer experience. • Build and nurture ongoing relationships with key influencers, developers, and decision-makers in the developer community. • Provide feedback to internal teams to influence product development and help shape the product roadmap and market strategy. • Attend online and offline events to promote the platform, network with developers, and gather insights on industry trends and tech community needs.
Requirements
• 2+ years in developer relations and prior experience in building and maintaining a developer-focused community. • In-depth understanding of web3, metaverse technologies, and how to engage with the web3 community. • Strong technical expertise with the ability to break down complex concepts for a broader audience. • Excellent writing skills to communicate our technology clearly and engagingly. • Ability to work within cross-functional teams (sales, product, and marketing). • Great networking and presentation skills, with experience in organizing and managing hackathons and meetups.
