• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to strategize, ideate, and produce a variety of modern design assets. • Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines that define how the brand should be used across our product ecosystem and touch points. • Create high-quality, delightful designs in collaboration with designers, researchers, animators, content specialists, and illustrators. • Take concepts from research, exploration, to delivery, ensuring a seamless transition and a cohesive final product.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience). • Proven experience in creative design, brand development, and multimedia production. • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Figma, Adobe package (photoshop, illustrator, after effects), Cinema 4D • Strong conceptual thinking and ability to bring concepts to life visually. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality designs. • 5+ years of experience in creative design and brand development. • Proven track record of successful brand development projects. • Strong strategic thinking and ability to contribute to overall brand strategy.
