Description

• Windward Consulting is at the forefront of Service-Centric IT. • Help clients align core competencies of process, organization, information, and technology. • Provide catalog and CMDB modeling and advisory for clients. • Model network, storage and other infrastructure in catalog and CMDB. • Assess current state processes and tools, define solution requirements, and develop overall architecture. • Some hands-on implementation work may be required.

Requirements

• Expertise in at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow with a strong focus on the CMDB, Discovery, and integrations • Deep experience modeling network, storage and compute infrastructure in ServiceNow catalog and CMDB • Understanding of networking design, including IP subnetting, network protocols, virtual IPs, vlans, etc. • 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL® processes and solutions • 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience • 3+ years of experience documenting tool requirements from To-Be processes and assisting the IT organization in comparing various Vendor’s tool products • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with practice establishing and maintaining credibility as a ServiceNow expert • ITIL®v3/2011 Foundation Certificate
