Description

• Windward Consulting is at the forefront of Service-Centric IT. • We help our clients align the core competencies of process, organization, information and technology. • We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Monitoring Consultant. • Lead the assessment, analysis and design of strategy and implementations of observability, monitoring and operations systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years in monitoring using Enterprise monitoring tools, such as Dynatrace, New Relic, Datadog, Splunk, Broadcom DX NetOps, IBM Tivoli or similar. • Preferably experience and certifications in ServiceNow, such as CSA or CIS for ITOM Event Management, Discovery and/or Service Mapping. • 5+ years in support of infrastructure technologies, across cloud, networking and platforms. • 5+ years in Unix and Linux shell scripting. • 3+ years in SQL query language experience. • Enterprise Monitoring integration experience, with familiarity of technologies such as JSON, REST API, and yaml. • Preferably 3+ years in Java and Javascript focused on EMS development. • Demonstrated ability to apply expert level technical writing and presentation skills to support creation and publication of project artifacts and documentation. • Preferably ITIL®V3 Foundation
