📋 Description

• Windward Consulting is at the forefront of Service-Centric IT • Looking for Observability Senior Engineer • Ensure successful adoption of observability technologies • Responsible for technology evaluation, design and implementation • Act as a trusted advisor in Application Performance Management • Provide expertise in enterprise monitoring and observability platforms • Consult with customers to understand and meet their goals • Analyze performance data and assist with performance troubleshooting/tuning • Mentor and train customers on Dynatrace technology and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Dynatrace engineer • Dynatrace certification at the Associate level • Grail and log management training and experience • Proven experience deploying, managing and supporting Dynatrace environments • Demonstrable knowledge of Dynatrace architecture and best practices • Experience creating and managing management zones and network zones • Expertise in deployment and troubleshooting of OneAgent and Active Gates • Experience with Extensions for both the OneAgent and ActiveGate • Python scripting and creativity in terms of getting integrations working • Deploying observability solutions to SaaS apps • Ability to tie technical performance metrics to business metrics/measures • 2-4 years of experience delivering technical consulting involving performance data analysis • Experience with data presentation via charts and dashboards • Ability to assess customer's situation, business needs, complex problems • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical consumers from IT administrators to executive level
