Description

• Windward Consulting is a Service-Centric IT firm helping clients with complex technical challenges. • Collaborate in a team tackling sensitive and mission-critical IT environments. • Lead the design, architecture, development, and implementation of PPM on the ServiceNow platform. • Maintain and enhance the service ServiceNow PPM application. • Demonstrate hands-on experience with multiple implementations of the ServiceNow ITBM suite PPM application. • Provide technical assessments and enhance PPM reporting solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a key technical resource for ServiceNow ITBM custom PPM solutions in client environments • Ability to run PPM workshops with the customer to gather requirements and map processes • Ability to meet the expectations and requirements of the internal customers and senior management • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Ability to provides technical leadership and professional guidance to managers, team, and vendors • Nice to have: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification, ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA) experience
