Requirements

• Experience with ITSM applications (Incident, Problem, Change Management, etc.) • Extensive experience with JavaScript (preferably in ServiceNow) • Experience with ServiceNow App Engine/custom application development is a plus • Comfort in a customer-facing role • Experience with enterprise IT software (e.g. ServiceNow, Salesforce) • Experience using HTML and CSS to customize user interfaces • 2+ years as a key technical resource for ServiceNow solutions • Ability to run workshops to gather requirements • Ability to meet expectations and requirements of internal customers • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance • Public speaking and presentation skills • Design thinking workshop facilitation experience
