• This role will help Wingspan deliver high-quality and empathetic support to contractors across the world. • You’ll be the face of Wingspan to our customers and the internal experts on their experience with our product. • You’ll have the opportunity to help shape the future of our offering and help us lay the foundation for a growing support organization. • Own incoming customer requests and help resolve their issues via chat, email and phone. • Become an expert on Wingspan’s product and customer experience and provide actionable feedback and insights. • Create high quality content and materials to guide our customers and co-workers.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. At this time we are unable to transfer or sponsor visas. • You are available to work East Coast hours. • 2 years working directly for SaaS companies with Customer Support, Account Management or related experience.
