Requirements
• 5+ years in technology leadership roles, with at least 2+ years in blockchain or cryptocurrency. • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science with outstanding academic results. • Deep knowledge of blockchain technologies, including Ethereum, smart contracts, and DeFi applications. Strong understanding of cryptographic protocols and blockchain security. • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects from start to finish, prioritizing features and managing the product development lifecycle. • Passion for web3 and NFTs • Interest in the iGaming industry • Visionary Leadership: Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and driving technological innovation. • Software Methodologies: Proficient in development best practices, including testing, debugging, and complexity analysis. • Data Analysis: Skilled in analyzing and interpreting data, providing actionable insights for decision-making. • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining high standards of quality and thoroughness. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective in working with various departments to achieve company goals. • Crisis Management: Experienced in managing technology-related crises and developing contingency plans. • In-depth experience with front-end technologies such as Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. • Proficiency in developing smart contracts with Solidity and familiarity with tools like Hardhat. • Backend development expertise using TypeScript, Node.js, and Express, with a preference for Ethers.js v5.
