• Define technical solutions in collaboration with T2D technical teams. • Design functional diagrams to facilitate decision-making and serve as the foundation for technical solutions. • Manage stakeholders, including technical and business teams. • Ensure effective communication between technical and business teams. • Align deliverables with the program’s objectives and priorities. • Coordinate tasks across various teams involved in the same development cycle. • Oversee developments, manage quality deployments, and coordinate integrated testing. • Organize UATs with business stakeholders before production releases. • Prepare detailed information for analysis teams. • Request effort and cost estimates from technical teams. • Define technical requirements and ensure their alignment with business needs. • Proactively ensure operational excellence of e-mobility platforms. • Serve as an escalation point for operational incidents related to e-mobility platforms. • Collaborate with T2D and stakeholders to resolve escalated incidents effectively.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in specifying, implementing, and supporting digital solutions. • At least 2 years of experience in IT project management. • Proven experience in incident resolution and management. • Understanding of digital ecosystems, including middleware systems, CRM, billing, apps, and portals. • Experience in project management methodologies. • Knowledge of IT helpdesk operations. • Ability to analyze system documentation and architecture effectively.
