• Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online. • Answer phone calls and solve IT issues for users. • Troubleshoot over phone, chat or e-mail. • Development programs, external courses, education & certificates co-funding, NEXT platform with free access to Pluralsight, TED talks, Coursera materials, and virtual trainings available.

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of German. • Willingness to take first steps in IT. • Can-do-it and problem-solving attitude. • Ability to talk to anyone and cooperate with a team. • Basic IT skills (Microsoft products, internet, hardware devices etc.) or a technically oriented mind (not essential).
