Description
• Recruitment process and onboarding trainings are conducted online. • Job involves answering phone calls and solving IT support issues. • Troubleshooting over phone, chat or e-mail with support from colleagues. • Development path includes opportunities to become Incident Manager, Change Manager, Project Manager, Service Integration and Management Consultant, or Junior IT Technician.
Requirements
• Very good knowledge of German • Willingness to take first steps in IT • Can-do-it and problem-solving attitude • Ability to talk to anyone and cooperate with a team • Basic IT skills (Microsoft products, internet, hardware devices etc.) or a technically oriented mind are appreciated.
