Description
• Recruitment process and onboarding trainings are conducted online. • Answer IT support calls, troubleshoot issues, and cooperate with a team. • Development programs and wide range of trainings are provided to improve skills. • Various career paths available within IT after gaining experience.
Requirements
• Very good knowledge of German. • Willingness to take first steps in IT. • Can-do-it and problem-solving attitude. • Ability to talk to anyone and cooperate with a team. • Basic IT skills (Microsoft products, internet, hardware devices etc.) or a technically oriented mind (not essential).
